unfortunately a smooth 6! I had reserved 5 people for a business lunch that was confirmed by two times by email! in the evening the reservation was a note on the closed door that were business holidays. that was a very embarrassing number unfortunately for me at minus 5 degrees outside temperature with business travelers who had just traveled 5 hours with the train to stand in front of closed door.
