We ate at the restaurant as we were residents in the hotel. So glad we did, the food was excellent as was the service. We had a five course tasting menu wow! The attention to detail and the knowledgable staff who explained every course and then the amazing views. We had a fantastic evening and would recommend this restaurant so highly. The service, staff, cleanliness, and ambiance were all simply fantastic. The food was delivered in a presentable manner by polite, well dressed staff. All aspects of the experience were up to par is what I'm getting at. However, the food was incredibly underwhelming. Aside from an ok bite here and there, the selection was just plain bland.
