What David Porter doesn't like about Dunkin':
Staff never really seems what's going on in store. After being told to pull around and waiting 10 minutes I went inside. I was very polite and asked how much longer it might be. The lady at the front who was super nice went to the woman making the hot items. She yelled at me, it will be ready when it's ready, incredibly rudely.
