The servers are more articulate than usual, with ample knowledge of the menu items. I throughly enjoyed the Muscovado-glazed pork chop! Fall off the bone tender, where the muscovado enhances without overpowering the pork belly's succulence. The Granola-Watercress salad was also a good starter, crunchy and fresh, though quite hefty that it should be shared. To finish off, I was intrigued by the pastillas de leche dipped in a bed of chocolate. Being from Nueva Ecija, my palate can be quite discerning as far as pastillas goes. Alas, I cannot judge the pastillas, but served this way, it's quite rich, though thankfully falls short of being a sugar bomb. BTW, decent wine selection.
The whole place looks like an industrial kitchen. Awesome
I love the duck rice the squash soup with pistachio and chicharon!!!
Everything we had was yummy! We will definitely go back.
Yummy.. With the Gelato, chocolates and food fresh from the farm, would surely come and dine with my family next weekend.
