What Gregg O'Hara doesn't like about Tapella Bar & Restaurant:
We ordered the Valentine’s Pair Deal (Set it was bless. Especially the Manchego Crusted Lapu-Lapu?? Bihh I will always get that here if I could. I have yet to return show a friend that dish cuz that cheesy crust was fi-yer. Even the lil potato buddies that came plated w the fish was a lil ball of flavor! Mmm mmm mmm.
