Wendy's is Wendy's, but I'm writing to say how impressed I am with the exceptional service in this industry. We claimed our Globe rewards today - both for the movie we saw and the snack we bought at Wendy's. Globe had a delay in confirming (via SMS), so we were stopped at both counters.
