"Era, llegó mucha gente y como que se industrializaron, ya no es lo mismo, los cortes antes eran gigantes y el cebiche era un poema, ya no lo es, y es demasiado caro. Los demas platos son muy buenos pero igual son demasiado caros."

"Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante mentre eravamo di passaggio sulla panamericana in viaggio verso Paracas. Il locale è tipo una grande saloon, molto accogliente. La guida ci aveva avvertiti che le porzioni era molto generose e così abbiamo cercato di non esagerare. Infatti io e mia moglie abbiamo preso una bistecca in 2, accompagnata da patatine fritte e del buon pisco sour per pasteggiare.Nonostante fossimo stanchi per il viaggio e non particolarmente affamati, ho trovato la carne eccellente, alta e tenera: veramente una squisitezza.Il prezzo è decisamente molto più caro rispetto ai ristoranti tipici peruviani cui eravamo abituati, diciamo più in linea con i ns. ristoranti italiani, ma siamo usciti molto soddisfatti."
