What Jane Panchanathan doesn't like about Domino's Kota Laksamana:
first I order from a grab 18.30 and until 19.15 no one from domino call me to confirm my order. An then i go to direct to store, but when i get to the counter before i said my order the waitress already said that order will be 45 minute long. And then i said i cancel to order. My first bad experice from domino pizza View all feedback.
First time here and hope to come back when dunes-in is allowed.
Pretty small place with couple of tables for dine in customers.
Bad delivery that wasted for an hour and a half and doesn't do well on their customer services... No any explanation due to the delay and not responsible

The staff was friendly. I had to go to the restroom, but it was allegedly only used by their staff, but they still allowed it. *Not sure about it, but there were no toilet signs for the customer, therefore provided that its not intended for customers.
