We stopped in by boat. Unfortunately they are open only Fri to Sunday. We were here on Monday. Beautiful setting.

"My husband and I visited the Frolic’n Folk Pub Grill during our recent stay at the fantastic Iona Heights Inn. Dan looked after us like family and personally ensured that we had a fantastic meal! Although the menu was limited, the choices were amazing! My husband had the Maple Curry Penne and it was out of this world. Who knew those flavours would blend so beautifully on a pasta? I had the 5oz steak and fries and it was just right. Dan suggested the coconut cream pie for dessert and it was absolutely amazing. The crust was so flaky and the custard was so creamy and sweet, real whipped cream.... I am SO glad I took him up on his suggestion!!!! We had another meal the second night of our stay and went with the wings... they were beautifully breaded and perfectly fried! The beer-battered fries were so addictive! John, the Kitchen manager, made sure everything was perfect. This place has a fantastic, fun ambience and decor. There is so much to look at! A great selection of craft beers on tap too. We enjoyed it so much, we bought the shirt! We will definitely be back on our next Cape Breton trip!"
