As much as we love Jollibee (our usual go-to whenever we're lazy and just want our food delivered), this is by far the worst branch we've encountered. The last 2 times we've had our food delivered, both were late for more than an hour. I also hate the fact that they change items from your order if it's not available and they don't even bother to contact you to ask/inform you about it. read more.
