What Rachelle Gorczany doesn't like about Akio's Diner:
Worth it, not that grandiose or anything, but you're getting your money's worth. The place was okay, but the stairs are slippery, management needs to handle those sort of stuff, so y'all better watch your step, also the tables were shaky. Not bad but could be a lot better. THE. FOOD. IS. GREAT. It was my first time here at this diner, my friends and I just saw this place through this app. We weren't disappointed. Food prices were student-friendly or affordable. I liked the Chicken Pesto. View all feedback.

read moreThis restaurant seems to offer a variety of experiences, with some mixed reviews. Some customers feel that the place is worth the price, with good tasting and affordable food and beverages. However, there are concerns about slippery stairs, shaky tables, and overpricing. Cockroach sightings and room temperature are also issues for some. On the positive side, many customers rave about the delicious wings, especially the Garlic Parmesan flavor. With student-friendly prices and a unique dining experience, this restaurant in Taft seems to have its pros and cons, making it a must-try for some and a pass for others.
