"My rating is valid for the gourmet restaurant in the coat of arms. Only so much to the atmosphere: there is almost nothing comparable. Very stylish to the smallest detail. The service only great, waiter and sommelier had everything under control, very sovereign. The three courses: Foam soup from vanilla and fennel with croustillant from wild combined great. Rabbit lobe with paprika and gnocchi (self-made with a wonderful fresh touch). The rabbit lobe was not sufficiently temperature-controlled, but this is at the highest level. Griesmousse with pear and ice from Red Bete Irre would never have glowed so well. The mouse of a real buddy!"
