We were visiting friends but arrived in the area a bit too early, we therefore found this pub on the river and as it was a sunny Sunday afternoon, thought we would give a try. We ordered jumbo sausage and chips and ham egg chips. The food was good, had to wait a bit longer than the 15 minutes that we were told, but well worth the wait. Warm Saturday lunchtime, but pub not too busy, a bowl of cheesy chips took 45 minutes+ to arrive. And the landlord ? was quite rude to a fellow diner simply asking how to order food. We won't bother again. View all feedback.

When the weather conditions is pleasant you can also be served outside, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables. A counter with bar stools invites you to linger, and for the littlest guests, there is a baby high chair.
