I was very impressed with the meal I had here. Chipotle offer 2 vegan fillings that are called sofritas and veggie. I ordered the sofritas bowl I would recommend. Sofritas is a spicy tofu mixture and it was delicious. The bowl also included rice (white or brown choice) and beans (white or pinto choice) and salad. I loved every bite and it really filled me! Drive home along Pacific Coast Highway from Santa Barbara. Can’t go wrong with Chipotle for a good quick meal with vegan options.
