I was reluctant to review such a high end spot, but Nobu Malibu lives up to the hype. Food is outstanding and the service was excellent. I'd recommend coming here when they open at noon since it's not quite as busy. Take in the ocean view, listen to the staff describe each dish as the present you with your food, and try not to eat it in 3 seconds. Yes, it's that good. It has become a touristy spot. It was as if the kitchen knew not to have their A team there. Hot dishes were subpar. Foodies should take a hard pass. If you are looking for elevated food in an amazing setting you’ll find the latter. View all feedback.
