What can you say, Starbucks is the alternative when all other coffee shops are closed. Great that they exist but I wish the could serve decent coffee!

"A must-visit place in Legazpi, Small Talk is a locally renowned restaurant offering dishes with a unique Bicolano twist. My ultimate favorite was the Pinangat (Laing) Pasta; it was creamy and has the right level of spice. The chairs could’ve been comfier, but other than that, everything’s great. The staff was accommodating, the ambiance was inviting, and the prices are just right."
