Absolute Katastrophe! Unsere Silvesterreservierung ging einfach vergessen, obwohl wir etwa 5mal telefonisch Kontakt hatten. Und wir waren nicht die einzige Gruppe, der das passiert ist. Haben von den Gastgebern nicht mal eine Entschuldigung erhalten, im Gegenteil.
