my friend and I had dinner in the free in this beautiful vegan restaurant. the good was really good, especially the tofu and tempeh, which we ate in our more than complete dressing: chalk, vegetables, tofu/tempeh etc. the only thing we want to bland easily was the wulgur and quinoa. maybe a bit overboiled, undersalted or there is a little more sauce. otherwise delicious.
