Highly over rated. I grew up eating congee in corners of the street of a southeast Asian country for less than a dollar a bowl. The food itself is a simple where anybody can eat and make at reasonably cheap prices.What really grinds my gears is that it took nearly 40minute to get our food and we had to ask for the drinks we ordered.
