I love the cheesecake factory..... but I have complaints about my most recent visit. My main complaint was with the food. My bacon bacon burger was disappointing. The patty, cooked to my liking, was very small. The bun, too, meat ratio was way off. I've had this burger before, and it had never been this small. Wonderful food. Wonderful environment. Unfortunately, the last time I went to that place I ordered a chicken Parmesan with pasta. They gave me another chicken dish. Apparently, the waitress didn’t seem to understand my order. I don’t know why. It was delicious though. Waiters need to fully understand what people want to eat. View all feedback.
