What User likes about Buttery:
Cake, bakery, dessert, salads, coffee. They have everything and are all tasty. Their bakery products have a very crispy texture. You can hear the crunchy sounds in every bite, which is a joyful experience to me. We have been here many times during summer and the outdoor seating areas are all full before 10am. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Malvern Buttery. The customer service was absolutely terrible; the staff were rude and inattentive. While the food was decent, the poor service completely overshadowed it and ruined my day. I won't be returning anytime soon. I wanted a ham sandwich not a headache. View all feedback.
