Saturday night thought I would phone ahead so they could organise my takeaway. Arrived as requested 15 minutes later, order not ready , more customers arrive who place orders on the spot at least 5 get served whilst I still wait plus 3 others who had phoned ahead , I remind the staff politely that I am still waiting and eventually get our order 25 minutes after I arrive .
