Popped in this morning to grab my morning coffee. The poor girl was on her own taking and making orders and the line was constantly 8-10 people deep. She was fantastic and kept her cool but I’m disappointed that Costa would leave a young member of staff on her own all day. And on a Saturday; the busiest day of the week. Poor management read more.
