Beluga - Mamaia

What User likes about Beluga:
We had the plate for 4 persons (290 ron) and some white whine and water. Food was delicious, unfortunately their were no side dishes included, so we ordered some grilled vegetables. If I remember correctly, I saw a 'Traditional Romanian Food' sign outside that encouraged me to come in. I ordered the pink Roe salad with scalings and red onions, which was very good. I then had the snail stew that was terrible and very chewing at first, but improved when I had eaten it further. I ordered rice, but it had cheese in it that turned me off.
