Not really a smokehouse and very understaffed. Had the Smoked Brisket which (I assure you) wasn't at all smoked. The smoke ring was barely there....but no smoke flavor and way too tough to be slow-smoked as brisket has to be. Service was also extremely slow and unprofessional. The waitress was very nice and welcoming but the only person handling about tables. read more.
