What User doesn't like about Mammoth Rock N' Bowl:
Bowling is cool but restaurant is not customer service oriented. After making a deposit for a reservation it took and additional 30 minutes to be seated. Bartenders and unfriendly. Food is decent and place could be a lot better with some Managment. View all feedback.
One kid at the counter was snobby and not very friendly and did not smile or greet me and my co bowler. But the place was cool they had darts a bar with food but I didn't get any cuz it just closed when I arrived but also had a small arcade too. Good for kids and adults
Really awesome bowling alley with great atmosphere and friendly employees. Even the little arcade was fun for my 2-year-old. We won like six duckies!! Next time we will have to try the food.
Bowling alley and more! You can borrow a board game for an Id card. You have an arcade, ping pong and darts. My family had a lot of fun here. The bowling is excellent. You can configure automatic bumpers for individual bowlers. Everyone I talked to or interacted with was super friendly. The bar has a good selection of drinks. They even have a self-serving water bar. The only drawback was eating. The options are pretty good, but so many things we ordered were not great. Most items tasted good for the first few bites, but then just ended a kind of finished. I'm still coming back a lot. I didn't go upstairs to the restaurant. I bet the Brasserie Essen is excellent compared to pub/bowling food.
Very small bowling alley, but otherwise really nice place. Clean, fresh and well organized. The bar well equipped and the staff super friendly. It didn't try food, but it looked delicious! Make reservations tho, fill quickly.
This place is an expensive bowling alley. But what is not expensive in Mammoth? The bowling part was great. I found it strange that there was a top line when you paid a track, but whatever, it is optional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartender stopped what he did to help me carry drinks on our track. I would have done two trips, but it was thoughtful. The only thing that lasts five stars was the food... It wasn't good, even by Bowling Alley standards. Not rough, but no taste. It seemed like the chicken ducks cooked. The truffleries were missing. I'm sure we'll be back in town next time and maybe even try some food. But I think we're staying on bar-rub style.
