"Lovely place! Service was great, including the water lady who was always on top of things and refilling our water frequently, our sharp, funny, and extremely professional server Jill, and food! The prime rib was amazing! The mushed potato was so airy and soft! It was the best mushed potato I ever had in my life! I don’t know how they did it, but I am sure there is some secret technique. Salads were huge and so yummy. I am so glad that I called someone I know who travels to Mammoth Lakes often and she recommended two places with Mogul being the first one. Otherwise, we would go elsewhere and have some average food again. Thank you, Mogul staff!"

"Servers were negatory and nonchalant. Asked for half and half to be refilled and brought it back over flowing so it spilled everywhere. Responses from servers was short and course. Food was terrible. Chicken fried steak was tough and had no flavor in the gravy, the breading, or the meat. Eggs were under cooked when we ordered them over medium. Huevo Rancheros had no green sauce but instead had a under cooked whole chili that was crunchy and could hardly be cut even with a steak knife. I'm sorry if you can't cook eggs they shouldn't server breakfast as their specialty. They didn't care that we hardly ate any of our food and just dropped off the check and didn't bother to offer us anything else to eat or fix what was not cooked well. Only reason why I'm not leaving a 1 star review is because the coffee was good and strong."
