"Hands down the best coffee and coffee shop in mammoth lakes! I stumbled upon this quaint shop looking for free wifi and a coffee. I ordered an oat milk latte and tried one of they pre made bagel breakfast sandwiches (that is a very sharable size! and hung out for a couple hours on their outdoor patio. The fact they are next to a gas station and a very busy street don’t even matter because they have an enormous tree and the forest behind them to distract your eyes and ears from the offensively fast driving in the area. Go here, you won’t be disappointed"

"Jimmy’s Taverna is not what it used to be, due to the sale of the business by the owner. The ambiance has completely disappeared (we walked in last night, and the lights were on way too bright. I thought it was for a cleaning crew! Seriously! And at the once-busy bar, it was completely empty, except for a stack of dirty dishes that a waiter apparently left there, and no one in management thought it might be prudent to bus them entirely! The food was decent, but since we had been patronizing this restaurant for the past 9 years, it was not what it once was! Such a shame. Another casualty of the pandemic."

"I had a very enjoyable dinner experience at Morrison's. I sat at the bar enjoyed some Chardonnay, a house salad, hamachi asada, and apple pie! The service was thoughtful and responsive. The food was high quality and tasty. Expensive and enjoyable."
