What Victoria doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The food was okay and the cashier was helpful. I am giving this Panera one star solely because of the experience I had with who I am assuming is the manager. When I went to go pick up my food at the counter, the manager was reaching over my food. His armpit was right over my sandwich so I told him “Wait, you’re reaching over my food.” He denied it even though I was right there as he did it. He did not apologize. I’m... View all feedback.
There were NO employees at the registers/kiosk to take your order. It was necessary for us to enter our orders with no assistance and then asked us if we wanted to add a “tip”. Should we tip ourselves for completing the order process? We then received a notification that our food was ready for pick up. I walked to the back counter and asked for my order and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I am not complaining about the wait time. Just the fact that I received an incorrect notification. There were no clean tables for seating. Just dirty tables. Providing feedback so that the owner of this franchise can make improvements.
I I am a frequent customer of this place. I have no complaints about the food. The food is good. My only problem in this place is a woman who really has a terrible attitude. She does everything in a bad way and curses. I don't know why her service is bad. He does it in such a way but if you ask him for something he gets angry I think it's not fair if you pay for what you consume

If you are looking for a Hot Chocolate I would go see Juli. She makes a delicious cup that hits the spot.The service at Panera in Manalapan is wonderful along with a great staff and management.
I’mNot one to write reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Panera in Manalapan today. It is not often that you find an employee that is truly happy to be at work. It was very crowded at lunch time today and Cory took the time to say hello and clean off my table. I watched him help other customers also. It was bright, courteous and happy! Thanks Cory!
