What User likes about Tortino Mare:
We had a great experience last night celebrating my mother's birthday. The food was great and the staff was warm, pleasant, and accomodating. We were given a private room which helped us feel safe dining out with her with covid. They brought birthday balloons and a birthday dessert without us asking. This was a very nice touch. We very much enjoyed our meals and I would definitely recommend it read more.

The restaurant and its rooms are wheelchair accessible and thus usable with a wheelchair or physiological disabilities.

What User doesn't like about Tortino Mare:
Really great menu choice, there was 10 of us and we arrived about 7:30 PM, still not too late to eat. Service was terrific, food was spot on but could not understand why they had to butcher the dividing of the check. Everyone got there bill but it only showed just the amount. "We called ahead to check on the availability of gluten free sauces and were given inaccurate information. I misunderstood how my order was being handled (my own fault) and instead of trying to help me figure out how to fix it, the employees rudely and repeatedly pointed out that they were not to blame. Food was fine, but the only gluten free sauces are plain gf soy, sesame oil, and gochujang. Not super impressed."

"Upscale Japanese restaurant that is always friendly and comfortable. I had the Cirachi Deluxe and I would definitely order it again because of the quality, variety of cuts pickles and presentation. they even included perilla leaves (a first for me). There is plenty of parking at this shopping center and handicap access.p.s. I can remember delivering for them during the pandemic, and they were very nice to the drivers."
