I wish they’d hire people who speak English at the drive thru!!!! one lady had no idea what I was asking so she calls her co worker who looked like a supervisor or manager and she didn’t speak English….hire people who understand and speak English!!!!!! definitely not going back to the specific BK again! We stopped for breakfast but they had already switched over to lunch so we just got coffee.

They DO NOT honor their own coupons. The excuse was the system is not accepting coupons. That’s why you have a manager in duty to deal with such situation. You lost my business for good.
No coupons accepted in store. Had to download the app and place my order online. The burgers didn't have that flamed broiled taste. The onion rings were terrible, like fake food. The cashier stuck her fingers inside my cups as she passed them to me. She did not wear gloves.Features: No face masks required.
We went after the Janet concert, it was late and they were fast.
