Its nice to have an ice cream shop in Old Town Manassas. However having traveled to many small towns with a local ice cream shops this one is a little disappointing. They serve Gifford' s ice cream which anybody whos had it knows how good it is. That's probably why they get 3 instead of 2 stars.
