First, the best part of this visit was the customer service from Armando. We had tried using the app for the March Madness promo and was so frustrated by the whole process, we left the drive thru. Today, we had some time so we went into Wendy's to get some help. Armando was the man. Very, very helpful. He explained everything. Thank you Armando.
