"Today I had the WORST experience in restaurant service in Manaus. During service, the waiter refused to serve our table and pretended he wasn't seeing us, when it was time to charge the bill, he charged us for a meal more than we had ordered and only after we showed him for the third time that he was wrong. and that it is impossible for 4 people to eat 5 meals, he asked the cashier to remove 1 meal from the billing coupon, he blamed it on a CUSTOMER for having written it down wrong. As if that wasn't enough, the bill had been R$190.00, we paid R$214.00 as a service charge, but the WAITER came to the table with an arrogant, stupid and threatening tone, saying that we owed the establishment, that If we didn't pay another 2 reais he would have to take the money out of his pocket. We think it's absurd that we are treated poorly, charged incorrectly and, at the end of it all, we pay extra and the UNFORTUNATE guy comes to charge us extra for the SERVICE FEE! He closed the account with ANGER AND IGNORANCE and went towards the TELLER saying that he would take it out of his pocket, because money is not a problem for him. All this anger, arrogance, lack of education and stupidity increased when I went to the cashier to talk to the manager and the WAITER said there was no problem, as he would pay OUT OF HIS POCKET, with a confrontational tone as if it were some marginal friend of his. . The manager did the calculations, removed the 10%, saw that the waiter was wrong and even gave me 20 reais back. What a deplorable experience!
