Smokin' Brew B Q - Manchaca

This place is terrible! The food was cold, and I drove an hour for this awful meal. I even ended up with a raw sausage in my wrap! This is hands down the worst BBQ I've ever had.

"Unfortunately, we dug into our food before I could snap any pictures! We had the half chicken, brisket, and what I believe is called Grillmac cheese. Everything was absolutely phenomenal! The meat was flavorful and tender. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!"

I should have asked for more details, and since I had to head back to my hotel, I should have requested my nacho chips on the side. We ordered the nachos and brisket macaroni, which was delicious! My nachos were good, but the pickle chips on top made them a little salty for my taste. I would have preferred a splash of acidity or a different kind of sauce. The customer service, however, was excellent!

This is an excellent place for a night out! My partner and I ordered the BBQ Mac, nachos, and coleslaw, and everything was both delicious and satisfying. The prices are reasonable considering the portion sizes. The staff was friendly, and I noticed that the chef took great care in preparing our meal. There’s also a charming bar next door that we enjoyed! Overall, I would give this spot a 10/10 and highly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely return on our next trip to Austin!
