Somehow, this Culver 's managed to maintain an atmosphere of a mother and pop restaurant. Every time I run into this Culver, the owner says hi and will talk to me. He seems to remember me, although we never met until the restaurant is open, and while we enjoy it, we don't often go. I think he's really a nice guy.
