1 hour, 20 minutes and wait for pizza promised in an hour. Who needs an hour to make pizza. Something's very wrong here. I see the owner's answer. It was 110 minutes at the end (50 over promised time). I guess our order was not started until we bypassed the 3 pull-out counters and asked the seat to check. We could see the kitchen staff looking for our tickets. Maybe a reset? (stop pick-up orders for 30-60 minutes) can have helped to pick up? Some or most of these customers would come back. Your pizza is very good, but the management, communication and delivery of promises is also important. Maybe we'll try again in a few months.
