Surpassing my expectations of being honest, was a bit hesitating, as heard bad feedback about it and thought maybe it's all about the show and nothing about food, but today visited and was very surprised, I liked the pizza, not napolitana for a change, the chicken liver pate was good, but the slices of bread were too thick, but not a big thing, my son really enjoyed his ravioli. Authentic and modern Italian cuisine with great menu options and Italian wine for food pairing. There is a Prosecco Bar for you to experience a variety of wines with different flavors. Food quality and service are very nice. Chef Szilvia cooks amazing meatball Pepperoni with spaghetti, plus a special boss Szilvia made King Prawn and Pepperoni spaghetti with long trunk Broccoli with tomato sauce, it introduced the art of Italian cuisine with balance on favor and ingredients pairing. You can't miss it. It's nice for lunch with a glass of Prosecco. KING PRAWN BRUSCHETTA PARMA HAM BRUSCHETTA are ideal to be paired with Prosecco wine. Chef, Dario, cooks perfect sea bass with crispy skin and great food quality control. King prawn and Tomato Bugatoni is amazingly great with little lemon peer above, it create a perfect blend of flavor. SIRLOIN STEAK is perfect with Montepulciano red wine, as medium with soft tannins, high acidity and juicy, fruit flavor. (Again, Montepulciano is a dry wine, so the fruit flavors do not equal sweetness. Expect aromas such as wild cherry, blackberry, boyberry and plums. There are a wide range of seats that include seating, bar seats with open view of the historic Corn Exchange building and a great view.
The staff is amazing here! The food is great! Nice atmosphere! We go every time we visit Manchester. They are fantastic with children and very family oriented, my little girl, that is 1 and a half really enjoyed it, the two male employees was amazing with her, she smiled and laughed with them. Thank you.
Came here with my girlfriend on Friday and had a wonderful night. The bolognese was perfect and the garlic bread was one of the best I ever had. A great thanks to Mariano, who served us all night, excellent service that really did our night! Would definitely recommend and will come back soon! Grazie :
Amazing food. Fabulous service and outstanding staff. They are nothing but friendly and the food is 100% every time. I have always been made to feel so welcome which is hard when you are dining alone. Spyros and every single member of his team are nothing but amazing! I would highly recommend!
Had lunch yesterday, I had the very best VEGAN pasta dish I have ever had. In my opinion if you want great Italian food, with excellent staff and the best Italian chefs. I've had a vegan diet from for more than 7 years and a vegan food consultant... it takes a lot to make me post. Well done everyone at Ginos in Next Mancheste.
