The small village Whiting is a jewel of Mediterranean cuisine. Last time I had calf salt imbocca. It was a rash! This time I had Calimari and Sungilli with Broccoli aglia olio. Do you really have delicate Sungilli? There's a trick to cook it like that and Joey's cook makes this magic. The room is cozy, the help is jolly, and from bread to Tiramisu, the food is FAVOLOSO.
