I'm writing to hopefully encourage change. I was a chef as my 1st career. Francese : tastes like Campbell's chicken gravy, no flavor of any lemon or white wine. 2 others with me said same. Easy way: Salt, Lemon, White Wine, Thicken with Butter. Mom got the Marsala which did have the wine flavor but tastes like a brown gravy.
