We have often passed this restaurant enough on the way to more exciting places. It is a strange place that specializes in tea in the morning and in the afternoon. Great window seats to watch cars and people. 47% of the food makes it reasonable, but the food was more than that, it was delicious. Service was great, with a mistake.
