had a great night! I have been confused and mistaken for Sunday instead of Saturday, but they managed to fit us and drag our booking the bouncers were so beautiful for us! the staff were all great, the rooms were fab, great selection of songs. great worth even during the happy hour! will be 100% back and would recommend to anyone looking for a karaoke room. Disgusting customer service, first room, no air con, second room karaoke did not work, I complained at the desk and they looked straight through me like I did not matter and no apology.
