my partner arranged a birthday breakfast here and it was just wonderful. the vegan breakfast was delicious, but tee hives cake stole the show for me. after the choice to choose from their brilliant selection of vegan cakes, I became a piece earl grey lemon cake, which was tasteful, moist and light. They have very limited vegan options. Things on toast. Not done too well. Student style cooking. The vegan cakes taste okay cos they are super sugary and who doesn’t like sugar right? There are about three vegan options here. The scrambled tofu with mushrooms and avocado on toast is very mushy and wet and the scrambled tofu had no flavour.

Found the vegan breakfast quite bland but there is a great cake selection for vegans. I'd only return for the cake and coffee.
