While the manager and staff were welcoming and provided good, albeit slow, service, the experience was marred by several cons. The music was excessively loud, making conversation difficult. The food was described as tasteless and overpriced, with multiple dishes receiving negative reviews. Despite the restaurant's efforts to respond to feedback and offer a 50% discount in January, many diners found the meals substandard and expressed reluctance to return. However, there were some positive aspects highlighted, such as the pleasant atmosphere, good drink orders, and a warm and cozy ambiance. Ultimately, the overall consensus seemed to be that while the restaurant had some redeeming qualities, the dining experience fell short of expectations for many patrons.

Absolutely love this place for a hot and for our jubilee meal. both times 5* eating is beautiful and so good value for money! the 8 oz rump and clobpy chips! cooked to perfection! great atmosphere and great staff! would definitely recommend!
Spontaneously visited with 11 people on Sunday for Sunday roasting and eating was fabulous! I had smoky as an appetizer and it was delicious. also the roast beef was very tender and the part huge. the personal was really attentive and the person who greeted us at the door (the maître I appreciate? , was really friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed talking to him. I also love the restaurant facilities. it looks great! I would definitely come back.
Here on Wednesday 23/8/17 to meet with a family member, I never had the pleasure to meet. I've never been there yet, but I found the environment excellent. very attentive waitress who could not do enough for us. the wee and the food were great. the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxed. well worth the visit and will definitely be back. great night had of 6 happy people. Top brands, well done to all employees. x
