"Absolute Bakery Cafe is amazingly delicious, and the owner and her staff are super friendly and great at their jobs! The atmosphere is laid back and feels like your dining with family. We ate their twice while staying in Mancos, and we will make it a daily ritual when we return for a longer stay in the future!"

"Best coffee period. We have been drinking this coffee for over five years and have not found any better in the world. When we travel to other states or countries we have friends mail us bags of beans cause they are that good. The espresso is made with love and care. The attention to detail and quality is second to none. Get some snacks and treats and head out to the trails. So good you’ll need more than one cup."

"Good place to get some delicious hot wings, and the fries are phenomenal. I didn't have a chance to take a picture because they were sooo delicious. And the prices are good. I would definitely come back to try them fries and the other great items on the menu. The staff are friendly and attentive. They deserve a good tip."
