I like this place very much around Mandalay. Their balcony places is so cool. I went there very often for a cup of drink. Usually, I went there with friends. I think here is a good place not even for solo, but also for group members. View all feedback.

Good Taiwanese bubble tea, but average cakes. Quiet spot to hang out with friends or work alone.
