Late delivery! Ordered at 5pm and was placed at 5:10pm. The arrival time was supposed to be 6:32pm but instead arrived at 6:45pm. There was no update if the rider is already on his way. There is also no one to contact. I tried calling the number of Max’s San Juan that was included in your email but no one is answering. Also tried contacting your agent through the provided chat box but all she can say is that the ride... View all feedback.
The people I talked to are very perceptive and accommodating. The Banaue branch was easy to talk to. Would order again!
Great but need to adapt new technologies. Drivers should use waze applications or other navigating apps so that there will be no delay on delivering food.
Estimated delivery is 75 mins but arrived within 30 mins! great!

Worst! Max cancelled my order 10mins before delivery the heck with you!
