What Suma Unnikrishnan doesn't like about Sindhukanya And Shopping Complex:
The food was good in day 1 as we ordered plenty of fish and chicken items. But next day as we ordered only two veg thali and egg omlet, the service was very poor. They even didn't offered and served food after asking for several times. The service should be improved and the prices of fish items should be affordable as beside the sea, sea fishes are atleast should be affordable. Otherwise thali rate is good and reason... "Very good food...But the service is very poor; food delivery is very slow. Average time get the food after delivery is 40 minutes. And the most ridiculous part. Herein, I would like to write the word ridiculous in bold and capitals, 'the bill payment system '. It has only cash option. Not even paytm, forget about card swiping machine. Indians are keeping their feet towards digitization and globalization nowadays and these people are dealing with cash only. Frankly speaking, the service doesn 't do justice to the food quality and ambiance of the restaurant."
