I just had issues with another smoothie, so I talked with a guy named Tony over the phone and when I went to the store, him and another girl, I believe her name was Kaitlyn helped me. She remade the smoothie for me and I think it's legit the best vegan mango kale I've ever had. The store was clean and everytime I go there every person working is always so nice! The staff was excellent- and masked themselves, my smoothie was perfect. Unfortunately this franchise has ZERO customer mask policy, ZERO social distancing guidelines, ZERO sanitizer. I waited in line for 20 minutes while a bumbling family of 5 coughed and snorted all over the snack displays and straw area.
