Kind of had higher hopes for this place! Love the vibe inside, as kind of like a lagniappe store for goodies if you’re interested in that, but it also did not smell super great inside sadly. Got an iced chai, and didn’t think it tasted much like anything either… Cute place to stop in an look at some goodies or potential gifts but I don’t think personally I’d go by again View all feedback.
The croissant was so good! The large dirty chai was fine, both items were a little over $8. Lotta overpriced dusty nick knacks.

I had an amazing online shopping experience with The Book The Bean. I had a gift certificate and was having problems with the check out. I emailed them, and Karrie helped me get everything resolved quickly! The tea I had wanted was out of stock, and not only did they send me a refund with my books, but also extra tea! I would highly recommend shopping here!
We love this little coffee shop and gift shop! They make great coffee and we usually find something fun to eat as well!
Finally a good coffee shop in Old Mandeville! Outdoor seating is abundant. Friendly service and good prices! This could be a fantastic after dark hang out spot.
